Roo calls this his sentimental journey because the very first "new" bike he ever bought was one like this iron head 1977 XL 1000. It is also sentimental because it was a Christmas gift to our dear friend, Sharon "Trouble" Johnston the day before she cheated and went to be an angel. With a trade completed, we became the proud owners of "Trouble" and began her restoration just as Sharon requested. "I want it to look just like it rolled off the show room floor!" was what she told Roo when instructing him on the finer points of her expectations. Well, here ya' go darlin'!
